Are you just adding a deck? I can't believe I've never seen the inside of the school house. :)
Are those floor-joists pressure-treated? Looks really good. John
Stephanie, We started with the deck but are renovating inside too. Stay tuned.John, yep they're treated. The decking will be Trex which is a composite of sawdust and plastic that is rot and warp proof and never needs painting or maintenance.
